By requesting a quote or scheduling a move with Hutley Van Systems Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Hutley Van Systems SMS Notifications
Program description: Transactional SMS messages related to your moving quote,
scheduled move, and service updates. This is not a promotional messaging program.
Message types include:
- Quote request confirmations
- Appointment and move date reminders
- Crew dispatch and on-the-way notifications
- Move completion confirmations
- Responses to photos or messages you send us
How to opt in: You opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your phone number and submitting the quote request form at hutleyvansystems.com. The form displays a clear consent disclosure before submission confirming that you will receive SMS updates related to your quote and move. You may also opt in verbally when providing your number directly to a Hutley Van Systems staff member.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your job status (typically 2–5 messages per job).
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a quote and receive services without consenting to SMS communications.

3. Services
Hutley Van Systems provides residential and commercial moving services including local moves, long-distance moves, labor-only services, packing, delivery, corporate relocation, and storage. All services are subject to availability and separate service agreements or Bills of Lading.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or SMS are estimates only and may change based on actual weight, distance, access conditions, or additional services required. Final pricing is confirmed before or at the time of service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hutley Van Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
